Dr Gustavo Medina-Tanco had very kind words regarding news from Astrobotic saying they “closed the books” on their first Lunar Lander Mission. The lander had tipped on its side during landing. The remarkable sentiment from Dr Gustavo Medina-Tanco showed a lot of character due to the fact that he was leading Mexico’s first moon mission consisting of tiny lunar rovers. His encouragement of them on LinkedIn demonstrates a brave risk-taking spirit equally matched with a winning attitude when the mission didn’t play out as desired.
