Today I sat down to complete Mental Toughness training by Wahoo’s Coach Neil Henderson. It is a 9 week course teaching athletes to:

  • Be clear about their goals
  • Have unwavering focus
  • Reflect on their performances and try to improve
  • Approach every day with a positive mindset
